Co-location with Equippers College: Laidlaw@Manukau is on the move
After almost nine years based in Amersham Way, Manukau, Laidlaw College is delighted to announce that we are relocating our Manukau learning hub down the road to Equippers College, 13 Gladding Place, Manukau. Our ongoing presence in the South Auckland region is a critical part of Laidlaw College continuing to serve and partner with the Church. The depth of diversity of ethnicities, denominations and independent churches make this an important region for churches and individuals to access the wide range of Laidlaw’s accredited and non-accredited study options.
Equippers College and Laidlaw College have been in partnership for some years, with Equippers delivering programmes for students enrolled in Laidlaw's Certificate of Christian Ministry (L4) and Diploma in Christian Studies (L5).
"Our relationship with Laidlaw College has become significant across the years.” says Leon Rakete, College Manager at Equippers. “We are excited to see how this new opportunity will help strengthen that partnership and provide new means of serving and encouraging one another in the work God has called us too."
This evolution of Laidlaw College’s Manukau learning hub enables students and staff to embark on new ways to partner with churches in creating learning spaces that support the kinds of formation and education we value so much. Laidlaw’s South Auckland offices will operate from the new site, and in addition to classrooms, students continue to have access to study spaces and community spaces, as well as the library. We’re grateful to Equippers College for their warm hospitality and vision for working together to further the Gospel in Aotearoa New Zealand.
If you want to pursue God’s call on your life with further study, email Laidlaw College at [email protected], visit www.laidlaw.ac.nz, or call us on 0800 999 777. We would love to talk with you about your study options, whether you'd prefer to study in Manukau, or our campuses in Henderson and Christchurch, or by distance from anywhere in Aotearoa and beyond.
